|IT Support Analyst, Service Desk Analyst, Helpdesk Analyst, Desktop Support, Law Firm experience. London – City.This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and expanding law firm in a role where you will be encouraged to further develop you technical skillset. You will be joining a successful national team of support analysts providing technical expertise to the Lodon office and travelling to other UK locations as required.
For consideration you will ideally have gained experience in a similar capacity with another law firm where you will have received broad exposure to Windows technology and specifically XP and Active Directory. As a support analyst you will be the first point of contact with internal clients where yoru task will be to provide an exceptional level of customer service for problem resolution on a variety of products.
You should be experienced at prioritising support calls with a natural ability to communicate effectively at all levels of a large law firm. You should have a first class telephone manner and you should take pride in ensuring that problems are either fixed first time or are escalated to appropriate technical experts for solving. Your background should include hardware, software and network connectivity troubleshooting expertise.
Previous involvement with ghosting PCs and laptops to a required company standard is also required. The role will also entail support for video conferencing facilities.
Candidates should be self motivated, well organised, capable of working alone or as part of a team but most importantly, should have a positive approach to customer service and problem solving. London City based, occasiona UK travel involved.
