6 Week Initial Contract Commencing Beginning September, 1st Line Service Desk Analyst, IT Helpdesk Analyst, Windows 2000/XP, MS Office, Call Logging, Telephone, eMail, Central Birmingham, West Midlands.

Our client, a renowned International law firm have a requirement for an additional Service Desk Analyst to join a bust team for 6 weeks from the beginning of September. Reporting to a Service Desk Team Leader you will be required to provide a high quality 1st line service to users throughout the business, over the telephone and remotely.

A strong customer service orientation is essential as is a minimum of 12 months commercially gained 1st line support experience within a Windows 2000/XP & MS Office environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a dynamic environment based in fantastic City Centre offices.
